Jess Beaulieu
University of Denver Animal Law Program
I am an attorney and the Animal Law Program Manager at the University of Denver. My expertise is in wildlife law and policy and I teach wildlife law. I am also a Colorado Parks and Wildlife Commissioner, which means I am part of a group that makes regulatory and policy decisions concerning parks and wildlife programs in the state. I have many interests in the wildlife space, with a particular focus on reform to the traditional wildlife management system.
