Tony Rost is Global Director of AI Practice at Accenture, where he advises senior executives on AI strategy, governance, operating models, and investment priorities, and leads a global team of architects across four regions. Previously, he spent ten years as a CTO, leading technology, product, design, and delivery work for organizations including Sony, Disney, Siemens, and Daimler.

Tony also served as a Governor-appointed, Oregon Senate-confirmed member of the Oregon Workforce and Talent Development Board, advising on technology and AI workforce impacts. He is the founder of The Harder Problem Project, a nonprofit focused on societal readiness for possible AI sentience.

As a mentor, Tony helps people strengthen strategy, organizational design, finances, leadership systems, delivery, and measurable impact.
