• Public & Government Partnerships: Bridging the gap between commercial, scientific, and public entities. Drawing on my background navigating policy and institutional ecosystems, I can guide mentees on how to align private-sector innovation or scientific research with government goals to secure high-impact public partnerships
• Securing Corporate & Institutional Commitments: Helping mentees navigate complex, large-scale organizations. I can provide strategic guidance on how to turn good intentions into binding, measurable corporate partnerships that materially impact animal welfare.
• Fostering High-Impact Team Dynamics: Drawing from my leadership tenure at Google, I can advise founders and team leads on building cultures of psychological safety while maintaining a focus on output. I want to help teams cultivate environments where rigorous truth-seeking and high performance coexist with mutual respect, collaborative learning and achieving outcomes. 
• Regional Expansion (West to Asia): Assisting teams or Western-facing organizations that are looking to navigate the regulatory, cultural, and commercial landscapes of Southeast Asia to maximize impact for animals and other non-human sentient beings.

• Navigate large organizations—specifically approaching, negotiating with, and securing commitments from corporations, scientific institutions, and government agencies.
• Develop the day-to-day workflows, logistics, and structures necessary for growth.
